Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the NeuroEntrepreneurs website or purchase courses, digital products, coaching, consulting or other services from us.
1. About NeuroEntrepreneurs

References in these Terms to “NeuroEntrepreneurs”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the operator of NeuroEntrepreneurs.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By using this website, creating an account, enrolling in a course or purchasing a product or service from NeuroEntrepreneurs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to your interaction with us.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use the relevant products or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
3. Products and services
NeuroEntrepreneurs may offer products and services including:
- online courses and educational programmes;
- digital workbooks, guides, e-books and templates;
- diagnostic tools and assessments;
- coaching and consulting sessions;
- workshops and group programmes;
- resources and other digital content; and
- services for teams and organisations.
The specific scope, price, format, duration and inclusions of an offer will be described on the relevant product, course, booking or service page.
4. Orders and electronic transactions
Products and services may be purchased electronically through the NeuroEntrepreneurs website.
Before submitting an order, you are responsible for checking the products or services selected, the price and the information you have supplied.
An order is subject to successful payment and acceptance by NeuroEntrepreneurs.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or technical error, product unavailability, or where we are unable to provide the product or service.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment and no product or service has been supplied, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the relevant product, course or service page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the price displayed at checkout is the amount payable for the selected product or service, subject to any applicable taxes or charges disclosed before the order is submitted.
Payments may be processed using PayFast or another payment provider made available through the website.
Payment processing is also subject to the relevant payment provider's terms and security procedures.
Access to paid content or services may be withheld until payment has been successfully confirmed.
6. Online courses
NeuroEntrepreneurs courses are delivered through our online learning platform.
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to access the course and its included materials subject to these Terms and any conditions stated on the relevant course page.
Course content may include video, audio, written lessons, exercises, assessments, downloadable materials or other educational resources.
Unless an offer specifically states otherwise, purchasing a course does not include private coaching, consulting or personalised advice from Miles Harrop.
Where a course is described as providing access for a particular period, access will be available for that stated period. Where no specific access period is stated, we may continue to provide access while the relevant course and learning platform remain available, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
We may update course content from time to time to improve, correct or develop the material.
7. Student accounts
Course customers may need a student account to access purchased courses.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity conducted through your account.
Course accounts and course access are intended for the individual customer unless an organisational or multi-user licence has expressly been purchased.
You may not share, sell, transfer or provide your account credentials or course access to another person.
We may suspend or restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised account sharing, misuse, fraud or a material breach of these Terms.
8. Digital products
Digital products may include workbooks, templates, e-books, guides, frameworks, worksheets and other downloadable or electronically delivered resources.
A purchase gives you a personal licence to use the digital product for its intended purpose unless different licence terms are stated on the product page.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, licence or commercially exploit a digital product without written permission from the rights holder.
9. Coaching, consulting and booked services
Coaching, consulting, diagnostic sessions and other booked services will be provided according to the scope described when you purchase or book the service.
You are responsible for attending a booked session at the agreed time and for providing accurate information reasonably required to provide the service.
Where a booking must be changed or cancelled, please contact us as early as reasonably possible.
Any cancellation or rescheduling charge applied to an advance booking will be reasonable and determined with regard to applicable law, the nature of the service, the notice given and the circumstances of the cancellation.
Specific programmes, workshops or engagements may have additional booking or cancellation conditions disclosed before purchase. Those conditions should be read together with these Terms.
10. Cancellations, cooling-off rights and refunds
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where applicable.
Nothing in this section removes a cancellation, cooling-off, refund or other consumer right that applies to your transaction by law.
Courses and digital products
Because courses and digital products can provide immediate access to digital content, the availability of cancellation or refund rights may depend on the nature of the product, whether access or performance has begun, and the circumstances of the transaction.
If you believe you are entitled to cancel a purchase or receive a refund, contact us at miles@neuroentrepreneurs.com with your order details.
Booked services
Advance bookings may be cancelled subject to applicable law and any reasonable cancellation conditions disclosed for the service.
Where a service has already been fully performed, or has begun with the customer's agreement in circumstances recognised by applicable law, cancellation rights may differ.
Faults and access problems
If a purchased course or digital product is materially defective, inaccessible or not supplied as described, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, replace the material or provide another remedy required by law.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through NeuroEntrepreneurs, including course material, frameworks, models, diagnostics, written content, videos, audio, presentations, graphics, workbooks, exercises, templates, downloads and branding, is owned by or licensed to NeuroEntrepreneurs or Miles Harrop and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Purchasing access does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to you.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- copy or reproduce substantial course or product content;
- share purchased materials with unauthorised third parties;
- resell or redistribute courses or downloads;
- upload paid material to another website or platform;
- record, reproduce or redistribute course videos or sessions;
- remove copyright or proprietary notices; or
- present NeuroEntrepreneurs material as your own work.
You may use purchased resources for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to any additional licence terms stated for the particular product.
12. Educational information, not guaranteed outcomes
NeuroEntrepreneurs provides educational, strategic and professional-development material intended to support thinking, decision-making, communication and business development.
The material does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
Business and personal outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We therefore do not guarantee any particular financial, commercial, career, relationship or other result from using a course, product, framework or service.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and implementation.
13. Acceptable use
You may not use the website, learning platform or our services in a way that:
- is unlawful or fraudulent;
- attempts to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- interferes with the operation or security of the website;
- introduces malicious software or harmful code;
- infringes another person's rights;
- harvests or misuses information about other users; or
- circumvents restrictions protecting paid content.
14. Availability and technical interruptions
We aim to keep the website, checkout and learning platform available and functioning, but continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, security work, internet outages or third-party services.
Where a technical problem materially prevents access to something you have purchased, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
15. Third-party services
NeuroEntrepreneurs uses third-party technology and services for functions such as payment processing, course delivery, bookings, communications, analytics and website infrastructure.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent that their operation is outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroEntrepreneurs will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from your use of educational content or from business decisions you make based on that content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
17. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the NeuroEntrepreneurs Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection law.
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used and protected.
18. Changes to products and these Terms
We may update products, services, website functionality or these Terms from time to time.
Changes to these Terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under applicable law or materially alter a completed purchase in a manner that is unlawful.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and the jurisdiction of the competent South African courts, subject to any consumer right to approach a regulator, tribunal, ombud or other body with jurisdiction.
20. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure or delay by NeuroEntrepreneurs to enforce a provision does not automatically amount to a waiver of that provision.
These Terms should be read together with any specific conditions displayed for a particular product, programme, course or service.
